Nurturing Oats Tea

This is a Turtle Herbals custom favorite product! Our Nurturing Oats Tea is made with all organic and loose herbals, making it caffeine free! Supportive to anxious, stressed and overworked individuals because of its nutritive effects on the nervous system. It has sweet, slightly citrus, herbaceous and woody notes. Use our brewing instructions for an Herbal Infusion. This tea is wonderful with a splash of your favorite dairy or nondairy creamer and honey. 

Persons with ragweed allergies may have reactions to this tea, as it contains chamomile, a member of the Asteraceae family. Safe for children, but consult a medical professional before drinking this tea during pregnancy.

Use 4 tablespoons of tea to 1 quart of water. Make an herbal infusion. Pour boiling water over loose tea, let steep for at least 20-30 minutes, but for the best medicinal effect, infuse tea for 8 hours before straining. Strain, reheat as desired, add your favorite honey, enjoy! 

Ingredients: Nettle Leaf, Oatstraw, Oat Tops, Chamomile Blossoms, Leaves of Lemon Balm, & Orange Peel.
